►About

A comprehensive solution to support the sustainable development of creative industries in communities. The multifunctional studio is integrated into existing youth centers and music schools, enabling young people to collaborate and create content directly from their community: broadcasting, making music, and exploring their identity.
The symbol of the KONTENTA project is a modern interpretation of the “flower of life” — a protective emblem that was an integral element in the design of the Ukrainian kobza.
Using contemporary language, one could say that the kobzar phenomenon was a marker of national identity, fostering social cohesion among Ukrainians. Kobzarі served as the ones who accepted the flaws and challenges of historical events, serving as symbols of resilience of the nation’s mental well-being.
digital infrastructure is a symbolic continuation of the kobzar tradition. It creates conditions for collaborative creation of musical landscapes and podcasts on socially significant topics in the community, fostering an expanded understanding of Ukrainian identity among young people.

►Digital Artifacts

Design is one of the forms of art and culture of the 20th century. Opanas Slastion, the first Ukrainian designer (1875–1928), created graphic depictions of 23 kobzar portraits, reflecting their style, instruments, and locations. In 1903, he became the first to record kobzars on a phonograph, preserving Ukrainian musical culture and embedding it in history — capturing the essence of Ukrainian “mental sound.”

The phonograph was the first known device capable of mechanically recording and reproducing sound.
KONTENTA is a new page of Ukrainian mental sound in the era of streaming services.
This is an environment where teenagers and young people get the opportunity to produce their presence in the streaming dynamics of life.
Today, eight kobza strings are no longer enough. Therefore, we have assembled a comprehensive set of equipment and tools for creating audiovisual content.
The studio setting has all the necessary equipment for professional work with sound, video as well as free studio recording so that young people can freely and collaboratively create audiovisual content.
